How To Cancel a Clinic Appointment:
It's hard to get through on the phone due to high call volume, but if you need to cancel an appointment to avoid a "no-show" charge, emailing our CSR Team at customerservice@alaskapaws.org at least 24 hours in advance is the best way to do it. This saves you money and gives someone else waiting on our list a chance to receive care.

The Alaska PAWS and Friends of Pets team up each month to offer free spay and neuter clinics for low-income pet families.
Proof of eligibility is required, and the Alaska PAWS gladly accepts coupons from Friends of Pets.
Together, we are removing barriers to basic veterinary care so pets across Alaska can stay healthy and right where they belong.
